Lady Black Boutique offers a combination of in-person services, ready-to-ship items, made-to-order pieces, and select items fulfilled directly from our manufacturing partners.
Please review carefully:
Processing Times
• Ready-to-ship items: 3–7 business days
• Made-to-order or custom pieces: 7–21 business days depending on design
• Manufacturer-fulfilled items: 7–21 business days processing + shipping time
Some items may ship separately if fulfilled from different locations.
Shipping Timeframes
• U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment
• International orders vary by location
• Tracking information will be provided once available
Please note: Items fulfilled by our manufacturers may ship directly from their facility.
Lady Black Boutique is not responsible for:
• Carrier delays
• Customs delays
• Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products and services, most sales are final.
Lady Black Boutique offers in-person services, custom garments, ready-to-ship items, and select products fulfilled directly from our manufacturing partners.
We do not offer refunds on:
• Services rendered (hair, styling, consultations, etc.)
• Custom or made-to-order items
• Manufacturer-fulfilled products
• Digital products or downloadable materials
• Incorrect size selections made by the customer
• Shipping delays outside of our control
If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. If approved, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Lady Black Boutique reserves the right to refuse any refund request that does not meet these conditions.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, production and processing may have already begun and cancellation will not be possible.
Custom and manufacturer-fulfilled items cannot be canceled once processing has started.
Returns & Exchanges
We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
• Item must be unworn and unused
• Item must be in original packaging
• Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
• Return must be approved before shipping back
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our end.
Items that are not eligible for return:
• Custom or made-to-order pieces
• Hair-related products (for hygiene reasons)
• Sale items
• Manufacturer-direct shipments unless defective
Approved returns may be issued as store credit or exchange only.
